Who is eligible for cosmetic tattooing?

Cosmetic tattooing is not suitable for everyone. You are ineligible if you are:

  • Pregnant
  • Breastfeeding
  • Diabetic
  • Diagnosed with glaucoma
  • Affected by a skin disease
  • Affected by keloid disorder
  • HIV positive or have hepatitis
  • Affected by skin cancer
  • On skin medications including steroids
  • Under 18 years of age

If you are unsure whether any condition applies, please consult your doctor before booking.

04

Why do I need two sessions?

Every brand-new set of cosmetic tattooing requires two sessions. The first appointment lays the foundation. The second — your complimentary healing touch-up — allows Liz to assess how your skin has healed, fill in any missing strokes, and perfect the colour and symmetry.

Skin heals differently for every client. The two-session process exists to deliver the best possible long-term result for your specific skin type.

05

When should I come in for my touch-up?

Your complimentary healing touch-up must be scheduled at least four weeks after your initial session. This minimum gap allows your skin to fully complete the first stage of healing before the second session begins.

Touch-up timing: minimum 4 weeks after the initial session. Do not book sooner — the skin needs the full healing window.

For your annual maintenance touch-up, we recommend returning at the 12-month mark to keep pigment crisp and colour fresh.

06
