Our policies exist to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for every client and for Liz.

Terms & conditions

By booking with Brows By Liz, you agree to the following studio policies. Please read carefully before your appointment.

Cancellation & No Show

We understand that life happens. However, late cancellations and no-shows impact our ability to accommodate other clients.

  • Deposits are forfeited on cancellation regardless of notice period
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged the full appointment price
  • No-shows will be charged the full appointment price
  • Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings

Rescheduling

We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days in advance
  • Deposits may be forfeited if rescheduling is requested within one week of the appointment
  • Please contact Liz directly to reschedule your appointment

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time so your full session time is preserved.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your full appointment. The session may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and standard cancellation terms apply.

If you're running late, please call ahead on 0493 100 802.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • All deposits are non-transferable
  • Deposit details are provided at time of booking
Deposits exist to protect both your booking and Liz's time. Please book only if you are certain of your availability.

Before you book

Eligibility requirements.

Cosmetic tattooing is not suitable for everyone. For safety and best results, we cannot perform services on clients who:

  • Are pregnant
  • Are breastfeeding
  • Are diabetic
  • Have glaucoma
  • Have a skin disease
  • Have keloid disorder
  • Have HIV or hepatitis
  • Have skin cancer
  • Are on blood thinners
  • Have viral infections
  • Are taking skin medications including steroids
  • Are under 18 years of age
